Resource Classes

At North Elementary School, students participate in a variety of resource classes that complement their core academic instruction and provide opportunities to learn, create, explore, and stay active. These classes help students develop new skills, discover personal interests, and engage in learning experiences that support their overall growth and development.

Students attend resource classes in Library, Physical Education, Music, and Art throughout the school year. In these classes, students build a love of reading and research, develop healthy habits and physical skills, explore creativity through visual arts, and express themselves through music and performance.

Resource classes play an important role in providing students with a well-rounded educational experience. Through hands-on activities, collaboration, and creative exploration, students are encouraged to develop confidence, curiosity, and skills that support success both inside and outside the classroom.
